Travelers will henceforth be referred to as “Clients.”
Cost Adjustments
If government authorities increase charges (such as entrance fees, taxes, fuel, or guide charges) after finalizing the tour costs, clients will be charged accordingly.
Agency Capacity
The Company acts exclusively as a sub-agent for bookings with hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and other service providers. Consequently, all receipts, tickets, and contracts are subject to providers’ terms and conditions.
Booking Facility
The Company provides booking services for tour operators and service contractors. Therefore, it bears no responsibility as it does not operate tours directly.
Local Arrangements
Local agents or contractors handle all in-country arrangements. However, the Company will provide clients with emergency contacts for local support.
Itinerary Flexibility
Although sample itineraries are provided, they may change due to external factors such as weather, road conditions, or participants’ physical abilities. Thus, the Company reserves the right to adjust itineraries to ensure clients’ safety and comfort.
Rate Changes
Rates quoted reflect current agreements with service providers. Nevertheless, providers may alter rates without prior notice, and clients will be informed accordingly.
Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or government actions beyond its control.
Insurance and Liability
The Company does not provide insurance for accidents, sickness, or theft. Consequently, clients should secure their own personal insurance, as personal property and baggage are always their responsibility.
Client Rejection
The Company reserves the right to reject, expel, or cancel any client’s participation if it impacts safety and wellbeing.
Meals will be provided as detailed in the itinerary. However, no refunds are available for missed meals due to personal reasons.
The Company carefully selects comfortable and reasonably priced hotels. Hotels might be located in city centers or nearby areas, depending on the itinerary. Furthermore, single occupancy incurs an additional fee. Clients must cover any hotel property damage, as the Company does not assume responsibility for personal item losses.
Clients traveling by air must comply with airline baggage restrictions. Moreover, clients are always responsible for their baggage and personal effects.
Itineraries may occasionally change for the comfort and convenience of travelers. Thus, clients will be informed promptly of any modifications.
Clients are fully responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas, required at least six months prior to booking the tour. Visa approvals depend entirely on consulate decisions. Non-refundable deposits are forfeited if clients cancel due to inadequate travel documents.
Clients must obtain comprehensive overseas medical and property insurance. Additionally, clients must inform the Company of any medical conditions affecting their participation. Written certification of medical fitness may be necessary. The Company will not provide assistance if medical conditions are undisclosed.
Refund requests are subject to invoice terms. Therefore, unused services, transportation, or voluntary itinerary modifications by clients will not be refunded.
Services included are clearly specified in the invoice. Clients should strictly follow tour schedules provided by guides.
Independent contractors providing services are not employees of the Company. Hence, complaints about their services should first be directed to them, with copies sent to the Company for record purposes.
Prices depend on rates and exchange rates at the quotation time. However, if rates increase, clients must pay additional charges before departure.
Disputes related to terms and conditions or tours fall under Mumbai court jurisdiction and are governed by Indian Law.
Clients forfeit non-refundable, interest-free deposits under circumstances such as cancellations, late payments, visa denials, or medical issues preventing travel. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to apply cancellation fees if payment schedules are not adhered to.
Booking date to 60 days prior: 30% cancellation fee
60-46 days prior: 35% cancellation fee
45-20 days prior: 50% cancellation fee
19 days or less: 100% cancellation fee
Clients receive one complimentary itinerary change. Further changes incur a Rs 10,000 consultation fee, which will be adjusted against total booking amounts. If no booking results, this fee remains non-refundable.
